“Peak performance in life isn’t about succeeding all the time or even being happy all the time. It’s often about compensating, adjusting, and doing the best you can with what you have right now.”

~Sport Psychologist Ken Ravizza

As a certified Performance Coach, I work primarily with artists, musicians, presenters and creatives on how to perform to their potential. I support them by helping to clear any mental, emotional or physical blocks that may be getting in their way. There are many talented performers who perform well under normal situations, but when the pressure is on, they may get so nervous that it affects their performance.

I work with clients to help eliminate limiting beliefs, to create mental strength and toughness in situations that are new. We learn to reframe our thoughts - rather than "what if I mess up?" it's "How can I have fun doing this? and if it doesn't go perfectly, "what can I learn from this?" I also work with clients on live performing. Live performing is about connecting with your audience and making them feel what you feel when you are performing. Looking and feeling more confident on stage and using stage movement to communicate.

TESTIMONIALS

"To be coached by Asha Mevlana has been one of the most extraordinary and empowering experiences of my life. I came to her for help prioritizing my business and personal goals and to create the balance I needed to create optimal sustainable success. Asha immediately led me to identify my core-values and my levels of engaged energy in different areas of my life through an amazing assessment called the Energy Leadership Index.  It was a magical experience! After every session, I am motivated, energized and so grateful for her excitement and enthusiasm of not only my work, but also in me. Our discussions have evolved from business to family, from hardships to possibilities. She empowers me to set personal and business goals beyond what I imagine, and cheers me on every step of the way. With her help, I have expanded my business goals & developed confidence in my abilities, and a determination to succeed. I attribute this to Asha’s encouragement, honesty, support and partnership to help me become the best version of myself while living a life in alignment to who I am, what I love, and what I want. I am so thankful to have her as my coach and would highly recommend her to anyone searching for growth and empowerment. Thank you Asha for everything!"
